In its inaugural UTME Scholarship Examination initiative, the John Okuwobi Foundation Trust (JOFT) facilitated the acquisition of 2024 JAMB forms for 20 students in Ibadan South West Local Government Area of Oyo State.
Founder John Okuwobi announced the initiative’s endorsement by alumni, both local and international, to assist deserving JAMB candidates.
Encouraging students, Okuwobi stressed the importance of education, emphasizing diligence and prayer as keys to success.
Furthermore, delivering the keynote address, educator and doctoral candidate Mrs. Olufunke Ajayi underscored the significance of determination for excellence in realizing life aspirations.
Ajayi urged students to persevere in the face of setbacks, advocating for reduced phone and social media usage to enhance academic performance.
Ibadan alumnus Emmanuel Ojo hailed the Mustard Seed as a center for academic and personal growth.
He expressed gratitude to alumni for their support and urged students to aim for greatness.
Similarly, fellow alumnus Tobi Okeogbe commended Mustard Seed’s track record of success and foresaw a bright future for current students.
Alumni abroad, including Dominic Oshoba, Abdulkareem Sikiru, and Ajayi Samuel, conveyed inspirational messages via recorded videos, stressing the significance of education.
Lastly, beneficiaries of the UTME Scholarship Examination initiative, like Iyanuoluwa Robert, Deborah Olowolayemo, and Joseph Onokpe, expressed appreciation for the assistance, vowing to maximize the opportunity.
