Awaiting the Supreme Court judgement, the governors of Zamfara, Bauchi, Kano and the Plateau states have arrived at the Supreme Court in Abuja.
Not less than seven current governors who were elected in March last year, are expected to face trials over their governorship elections, with decisions from the Supreme Court.
Governors who are already seated in the courtroom are, Abba Yusuf (Kano), Caleb Mutfwang (Plateau), Bala Mohammed (Bauchi) and Dauda Lawal (Zamfara).
Simon Lalong, the erstwhile governor of Plateau State is also present at the courtroom awaiting the arrival of the Justices of the Supreme Court.
