Transfer: Real Madrid dismisses Mbappe’s request

Two specific requests was presented by Kylian Mbappé of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in relation to a potential transfer to Santiago Bernabeu this season. However, Real Madrid has declined to fulfill the two specific requests. Mbappé has been associated with a move to Real Madrid following a fall out with the PSG board.

The Los Blancos were keen on securing his signature after failing to bring him to Santiago Bernabeu in the previous summer.

Recent report reveals that Mbappé sent a letter to PSG stating his intention not to extend his existing contract, which will expire in 2024. As a result, French Ligue 1 champions has told Mbappé to either renew his contract or be sold.

El Nacional asserted that, Mbappe allegedly desires to play as a winger rather than in a central role if he joins the La Liga giants. He has also expressed a desire to don the iconic No. 7 shirt at Real Madrid. However, both of Mbappe’s requests have been denied by the club, as Vinicius currently operates in a wide position and has recently taken possession of the legendary number, expected to retain it in the foreseeable future.
