Access Bank’s CEO, Herbert Wigwe, Feared Dead

Access Holdings Plc’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Herbert Wigwe, is reportedly feared to have perished in a helicopter crash near the California-Nevada border, according to The Will.

Reports indicate that Wigwe, along with his wife and son, were onboard the helicopter at the time of the tragic incident.

The New York Times has stated that as of Saturday morning, authorities have not located any survivors from the crash.

The Federal Aviation Administration has confirmed that the Eurocopter EC130 helicopter went down around 10 p.m. local time near Nipton, Calif, an unincorporated area approximately 60 miles south of Las Vegas in eastern San Bernardino County.

As of Saturday morning, it remains unclear where the helicopter departed from and its intended destination.
